Yes. Every batch is independently tested by a third-party laboratory for purity and identity. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request, providing transparency and quality assurance for every product we offer.
All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped via UPS or USPS.
Our products are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not dietary supplements and are not for human consumption.
Lab Use Only — No Returns On Opened Products
Due to the specialized nature of our scientific reference standards, chemical reagents, and strict compliance requirements, all sales are final once products are opened. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products to maintain quality control and laboratory safety.
Eligible Refunds
We will issue a refund or replacement in the following situations:
• Product arrived visibly damaged
• Wrong item was shipped
• Package was lost in transit. RRP will cover up to $50. Full coverage available with insurance,

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once an order enters processing, it cannot be cancelled.
Processing time
Orders will be processed in the manner they are received. Most orders will ship in 24 business hours, but some can take 1 week if back ordered ! You will be contacted directly if that is the case.
