This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines how RRR (“RRR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) manages order handling, shipping, delivery, and returns. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. By placing an order on rrpeptides.shop (the “Website”), you agree to the terms below.
At checkout you may choose Standard (Ground) or 2nd Day Air. Available options, estimated transit times, and costs appear based on your delivery address.

Delivery dates remain estimates. Once the carrier has the package, any delays are beyond our control.
Orders totaling more than $200 qualify for Free 2 Day Shipping.
RRR may limit destinations based on internal policy, carrier rules, or applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if shipment would be unlawful, present elevated risk, or conflict with our research-use-only policy. Certain products may be restricted by jurisdiction or recipient type. It is your responsibility to confirm that ordering, receiving, and using the products is lawful in your location.
You are solely responsible for supplying complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not liable for delays, losses, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.
If a package is returned as undeliverable or refused for reasons outside our control, we may, at our discretion:
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we tender the shipment to the carrier. After that point, loss, theft, or damage in transit is generally the responsibility of the carrier and/or the recipient under the carrier’s policies.
If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact both the carrier and RRR support. We will assist where reasonably possible but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for events outside our control.
Please inspect all packages promptly upon receipt.
If you receive an incorrect item, a missing item, or a product that appears damaged in transit, notify us in writing within three (3) business days of the recorded delivery date. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and affected product(s).
Because our products are research-use-only materials, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We cannot accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored products.

Although risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier, RRP may, at its sole discretion, assist with carrier issues or provide a replacement, reshipment, store credit, or other resolution. Any such accommodation is made at our sole discretion and does not alter the allocation of risk set out above.
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are considered final once shipped, except as otherwise provided in this Section or as we may determine at our sole discretion.

They do not represent that any product is approved for, or safe or suitable for, human or animal use.
RRR is not responsible for product issues caused by third-party solvents, diluents, reconstitution solutions, storage conditions, handling methods, contamination, improper laboratory technique, or use outside the product’s intended research purpose. Responsibility for proper storage, preparation, handling, and use rests solely with you.

Governing law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or purchase of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Binding arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any product shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). To the extent a Customer is deemed a consumer under applicable law, the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules shall apply; for all other disputes, the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules shall apply. The arbitration shall be seated in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma; provided that, where a Customer is deemed a consumer under applicable law, the arbitration may be held in the Customer’s home county or by remote or virtual hearing as provided under the applicable AAA rules. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. This provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
Class-action waiver. You and RRR agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. This class-action waiver is intended to be severable from, and to survive the invalidity of, the arbitration provision.
Exceptions and venue. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, it shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma (or, to the extent a Customer is deemed a consumer under applicable law, the courts of the Customer’s home county where required by law), and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration and class-action waiver provision by sending written notice to Support@rrpeptides.shop within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms.
RRR shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic or epidemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action, labor disputes, carrier delays, supply-chain disruptions, utility or telecommunications failures, or interruptions of the internet.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or any rights or obligations hereunder, without our prior written consent. RRP may freely assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law. These Terms bind and benefit the parties and their permitted successors and assigns.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by RRR. Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision, nor of our right to enforce it later.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination or expiration of these Terms shall so survive, including but not limited to Sections 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, and 22.
RRR reserves the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date, and the changes will take effect as of that date for prospective transactions. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice (for example, by email to the address associated with your account or by a notice on the Website) and, where appropriate, ask you to re-acknowledge the revised Terms before your next purchase.
